There are only 14 million Jews in the world; seven million in the Americas , five million in Asia, two million in Europe and 100,000 in Africa . For every single Jew in the world there are 100 Muslims. Yet, Jews are more than a hundred times more powerful than all the Muslims put together. Ever wondered why ?
Jesus of Nazareth was Jewish. Albert Einstein, the most influential scientist of all time and TIME magazine’s ‘Person of the Century’ was a Jew; Sigmund Freud — id, ego, and super-ego, the father of psychoanalysis was a Jew; So were Karl Marx, Paul Samuelson and Milton Friedman.
Here are a few other Jews whose intellectual output has enriched the whole humanity:
- Benjamin Rubin gave humanity the vaccinating needle.
- Jonas Salk developed the first polio vaccine.
- Alert Sab in developed the improved live polio vaccine.
- Gertrude Elion gave us a leukaemia fighting drug.

- Gregory Pincus developed the first oral contraceptive pill.
- George Wald won a Nobel for furthering our understanding of the human eye.
- StanleyCohen won a Nobel in embryology (study of embryos and their development) .
- Willem Kolff came up with the kidney dialysis machine.
Over the past 105 years, 14 million Jews have won 15-dozen Nobel Prizes while only three Nobel Prizes have been won by 1.4 billion Muslims (other than Peace Prizes).
Stanley Mezor invented the first micro-processing chip. Leo Szilard developed the first nuclear chain reactor. Peter Schultz, optical fibre cable; Charles Adler, traffic lights; Benno Strauss, Stainless steel; Isador Kisee, sound movies; Emile Berliner, telephone microphone and Charles Ginsburg, videotape recorder.
Famous financiers in the business world who belong to Jewish faith include Ralph Lauren (Polo), Levis Strauss (Levi’s Jeans), Howard Schultz (Starbuck’s) , Sergey Brin (Google), Michael Dell (Dell Computers), Larry Ellison (Oracle), Donna Karan (DKNY), Irv Robbins (Baskin & Robbins) and Bill Rosenberg (Dunkin Donuts).
Richard Levin, President of Yale University, is a Jew. So are Henry Kissinger (American secretary of state), Alan Greenspan (fed chairman under Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush), Joseph Lieberman, Madeleine Albright (American secretary of state), Maxim Litvinov (USSR foreign Minister), David Marshal (Singapore’s first chief minister), Isaac Isaacs (governor-general of Australia), Benjamin Disraeli (British statesman and author), Yevgeny Primakov (Russian PM), Jorge Sampaio (president of Portugal), Herb Gray (Canadian deputy PM), Pierre Mendes (French PM), Michael Howard (British home secretary), Bruno Kreisky (chancellor of Austria) and Robert Rubin (former American secretary of treasury).

Did you know that Harrison Ford, George Burns, Tony Curtis, Charles Bronson, Sandra Bullock, Billy Crystal, Woody Allen, Paul Newman, Peter Sellers, Dustin Hoffman, Michael Douglas, Ben Kingsley, Kirk Douglas, William Shatner, Jerry Lewis and Peter Falk are all Jewish?
As a matter of fact, Hollywood itself was founded by a Jew. Among directors and producers, Steven Spielberg, Mel Brooks, Oliver Stone, Aaron Spelling (Beverly Hills 90210), Neil Simon (The Odd Couple), Andrew Vaina (Rambo 1/2/3), Michael Man (Starsky and Hutch), Milos Forman (One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest), Douglas Fairbanks (The thief of Baghdad) and Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters) are all Jewish.
To be certain, Washington is the capital that matters and in Washington the lobby that matters is The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC. Washington knows that if PM Ehud Olmert were to discover that the earth is flat, AIPAC will make the 109th Congress pass a resolution congratulating Olmert on his discovery.
William James Sidis, with an IQ of 250-300, is the brightest human who ever existed. Guess what faith did he belong to ?
So, why are Jews so powerful ?
Answer: Education.
Why are Muslims so powerless ?
There are an estimated 1,476,233,470 Muslims on the face of the planet: one billion in Asia, 400 million in Africa,44 million in Europe and six million in the Americas . Every fifth human being is a Muslim; for every single Hindu there are two Muslims, for every Buddhist there are two Muslims and for every Jew there are one hundred Muslims. Ever wondered why Muslims are so powerless ?
Here is why: There are 57 member-countries of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC), and all of them put together have around 500 universities; one university for every three million Muslims. The United States has 5,758 universities and India has 8,407. In 2004, Shanghai Jiao Tong University compiled an ‘Academic Ranking of World Universities’ , and intriguingly, not one university from Muslim-majority states was in the top-500.
As per data collected by the UNDP, literacy in the Christian world stands at nearly 90 per cent and 15 Christian- majority states have a literacy rate of 100 per cent. A Muslim-majority state, as a sharp contrast, has an average literacy rate of around 40 per cent and there is no Muslim-majority state with a literacy rate of 100 per cent. Some 98 per cent of the ‘literates’ in the Christian world had completed primary school, while less than 50 per cent of the ‘literates’ in the Muslim world did the same.
Around 40 per cent of the ‘literates’ in the Christian world attended university while no more than two per cent of the ‘literate s’ in the Muslim world did the same.
Muslim-majority countries have 230 scientists per one million Muslims. The US has 4,000 scientists per million and Japan has 5,000 per million. In the entire Arab world, the total number of full-time researchers is 35,000 and there are only 50 technicians per one million Arabs (in the Christian world there are up to 1,000 technicians per one million). Furthermore, the Muslim world spends 0.2 per cent of its GDP on research and development, while the Christian world spends around five per cent of its GDP.
Conclusion: The Muslim world lacks the capacity to produce knowledge.
Daily newspapers per 1,000 people and number of book titles per million are two indicators of whether knowledge is being diffused in a society. In Pakistan , there are 23 daily newspapers per 1,000 Pakistanis while the same ratio in Singapore is 360. In the UK , the number of book titles per million stands at 2,000 while the same in Egypt is 20.
Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to diffuse knowledge.
Exports of high technology products as a percentage of total exports are an important indicator of knowledge application. Pakistan ‘s exports of high technology products as a percentage of total exports stands at one per cent. The same for Saudi Arabia is 0.3 per cent; Kuwait , Morocco , and Algeria are all at 0.3 per cent while Singapore is at 58 per cent.
Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to apply knowledge.
Why are Muslims powerless? Because we aren’t producing knowledge.
Why are Muslims powerless? Because we aren’t diffusing knowledge.
Why are Muslims powerless? Because we aren’t applying knowledge.
And, the future belongs to knowledge-based societies.
Interestingly, the combined annual GDP of 57 OIC-countries is under $2 trillion. America , just by herself, produces goods and services worth $12 trillion; China $8 trillion, Japan $3.8 trillion and Germany $2.4 trillion (purchasing power parity basis).
Oil rich Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar collectively produce goods and services (mostly oil) worth $500 billion; Spain alone produces goods and services worth over $1 trillion, Catholic Poland $489 billion and Buddhist Thailand $545 billion. (Muslim GDP as a percentage of world GDP is fast declining).
So, why are Muslims so powerless ?
Answer: Lack of Education ! All we do is shout to Allah whole day and blame everyone else for our multiple failures..!

I believe many of us probably knew this already. They are the leading group in every aspect of faculties. You name it, from engineering to medicine to paleonthology, from journalism to broadcasting to media, from politics to business to economics, all of these fields are Semitically filled. Which business or economics or marketing text books that we’ve been reading that are not Semitically authored? In short, from Arts to Science, the Jew race, once enslaved for many thousands of years, are now populating these areas of knowledge significantly since the Nazi or Post-Holocause/ Holocaust era.
No doubt that the Descendants of Jacob son of Isaac son of Abraham (anak cucu keturunan Nabi Ya’akub a.s./Bani Israel) were granted by Allah with the highest level of mind capability. They were granted by Allah with brightness, brilliancy and intelligence more than any other races that ever existed. Allah lifted a significant number of individuals from the race of Jews as His Messengers so that they could continuously invited their people to the path of Allah. It was through His Messengers (from Jacob to Jesus) that Allah passed these attributes to the Jews.. Evenmore, half of the Messengers we are obliged to have faith in were along this bloodline. Because the Jews were granted with continuous guidance in the form of Messengers, that’s why it is not a surprise that the Jews have been so successful in many ways compared to other races.
In my eyes, no matter how successful they are, I am not impressed. No matter how many awards (like Noble Prize, Pullitzer Prize or Graham and Dodd scroll, etc.) the Jews have bagged in including the less significant and inferior Oscar awards, it does not matter at all. Because these awards are human-made. Or should I say, Semitically- made. They created these awards to recognized themselves. To make them superior and be acknowledged in the eyes of the world. It is never intended to recognize any Muslim works or anything that are related to Islam. And the best all, they smartly commercialized these awards that they created.
According to what Dr Farrukh Saleem wrote below, there are 100 Muslims for every single Jew. So that makes the number of Muslims in the world 1.4 billion or probably more since the article was written. With this number, I don’t see why we cannot start having our own global Islamic awards in recognition of Muslim works. Awards that created by Muslims, recognized by Muslims, and to acknowledge Muslims. For instance, we can have World Ma ‘al Hijrah award to recognized Muslim scholars around the world for their contribution including the pursue of peace or we could have World Maulid-ur-rasul award as the prize for the creation or invention that contributes to the development of Muslim world or we could establish any other award under the Islam banner. With this number of Muslim population, we are suppose to be the leading, not lagging, group in every aspect of life and human faculties. We absolutely don’t need the awards or recognition by these capitalist Semitics. They are very good at inventing things that somehow be amazed and astonished by the people of the world. And they are also very good at creating thoeries. But all they care is nothing but money and fame..
We may be less intelligence than they are. But we hold somethings that they don’t have and they never will possess. We have Al-Quran and As-Sunnah. As long as we embrace to these Two, and have faith in Allah, we will never go astray and we will succeed in every aspect of our works, in life and the hereafter.
The Jews are always confident in themselves. We Muslims, on the other hand, should have absolute confidence in Allah. The Jews may be powerful now and have been succesful in the world. It is certain that it was because their stubbornness that they were sent by Allah as many Prophets as there were, one after another. It is certain that depsite being granted with huge number of Prophets and intelligence by birth, they keep remain unfaithful not only to their Prophets but also to Allah. It is certain that, unlike we Muslims, the Jews’ continuous stubbornness cannot be tamed by just pulling their ears. However certain it is, it is never certain that they will be powerful and successful forever in every aspects. As long as the Jews keep to their stubbornness and remain astray from Allah’s path, they will never have enough power close enough to stop Allah’s judgement and they will never be close enough to success than the Muslims at the end of the day and in the hereafter. In the world, the Jews may outsmart everybody. But it is Allah, the Administer of the universe, is the Most Knowledgeable.
(In the article, Dr F. Saleem cleverly and successfully indentify why Muslims are powerless which is because the Lack of Education with further saying that “All we do is shout to Allah whole day and blame everyone else for our multiple failures..!”. However, he himself failed to include the solution to this. The solution to Muslims on how to overcome this. This is much more important aspects in the development of the Muslims towards becoming, not powerful, but strong ummah. None is absolutely powerful other than the Ruler of the Universe ‘Azza wa jal).
Denial, denial denial………….The governments need to build more universities, buy more books, supplies and STOP issuing Bans on concepts you may not agree with! STOP controlling knowledge and learn something new, different, open your eyes to the wonders that Allah has given us!
And awards? Yes, I agree, who cares….except when you are the person who did all the work to get the thing done, would you not like to feel good about it?
What a lot of ignorant rubbish! ..and let’s say that there was a Muslim prize dedicated just for achievements by Muslims…what achievements of the 20th or 21st century would you nominate that did not receive a Nobel prize already?
The article is less about awards than it is about achievements. And achievements by Jews have benefitted everybody in the world, to include 1.4 billion Muslims.
This is the mentality that will forever keep Muslims lagging behind in all aspects of human endeavor. Muslims ought to exercise introspection and stop blaming others for their woes.
When referring to the Jews, you said “We may be less intelligent than they are”. Why, this is almost a flagrant admission of an inferiority complex. Why don’t the Muslim world unleash the creative genius that exists among your people, which is just as much as those existing among any other race.
You were once on top of the world in science, math and other human pursuits. Did you ever ask why you have fallen farther behind? Open your mind and savor the goodness that is in the hearts of so many people of all races, instead of mouthing nothing but platitudes.
Think about it, the Muslim world could be great again benefitting the whole human race, not just Muslims but including, yes, the Jews.

If we google search Ghazali and Ibn Rushd (Averroes), we get a remarkable insight on the contributions of scholars of medieval Islam.
These contributions included in the fields of physics, chemistry, biology, medicine and psychology.
That was the AGE OF REASON.
Alas, Averroes was the last philosopher the Muslims produced. The tradition of free enquiry was taken over by the Europeans and continues to this day.
I do not agree with the rhetoric that Allah and the holy Quran we have that the Jews don’t have. We can have Allah and the holy Quran yet strive to produce scientists, engineers, physician etc. We can adopt modernity without sacrificing the basic tenets of our faith. Modernity does not mean drinking and dancing. It means embracing science and technology.
Why can’t we agree to adopt scientifically calculated lunar calendar? This is just one example.
Why do we want to create obstacles in the pursuit of science and knowledge?
Islam does not prohibit the creation of wealth which we have a right to use. We are not supposed to misuse that wealth.

To Mr. Daddy: you do not have to be so hateful and use deragatory language. Your way of thinking and hatred has no place and I am sure you are not one. While I agree with you that Mr. Saleem data mining could use some work the point is well taken. There is no question that the reason Muslims are behind is because of lack of education, point blank!
There is not a single muslim country (with or without natural resources) that excels in this area. I think everyone knows that knowledge is power and we Muslims lack that in comparison to Jews (by the way I have nothing against Jews or the Jewish religion and at least for the sake of this disucssion). The question I have is: WHY?? Why do Muslim governments know that knowledge is power and that education is very important yet nobody seems to do anything about it from Morocco to Pakistan??? why? do we want to intentionally keep people dumb? that is my only answer?! If it was up to me, I would allocate the highest budget in every Muslim country to education, GOOD education that is! and put forth a program that rewards the best teachers and accomplishing students. Suffice to say that you must have jobs ready for all these graduating students which Muslim countries don’t have… chicken and egg thing but I would rather have a million jobless highly educated people than 100 million illiterate people doing work that does not utilize brain power. The difference between us and other animals lower in the food chain is the BRAIN. Finally, I will say that people are people around the world. Jews are NOT naturally smarter than us. It is that they have endured so much through the year and figured out that in order to control the world (and their destiny) is the acquire power (an no, there are no weekly meetings between Jews around the world to discuss the “Plan”). To acquire power you need knowledge (we are more powerful than donkey because we have more power, brain power, simple!). I would even go to the extent that you could probably use the same analogy to compare us uneducated muslims to our educated Jews or other human constituent (like the Chinese for instance). True Muslim: Thank you: You just made it very clear why Muslim societies still live in the Bronze Age. Your explanation of why Jews influence the World illustrates exactly what the author Mr Saleem wrote so eloquently about your collectivve lack of appreciation for education. I found this article while searching on google why jews are so much more successful as a group. I mean success in quality fo life, longetivity, health and peace for their children; success in contributing to the well-bieng of all society. I googled the topic because I am a Jew, and even though I am an atheistic Jew who does not identify with any religious faith, I was curious why people with my heritage are so visible in the world despite our numbers being tiny. I honestly can’t say for sure, but I would agree with Mr. Saleem that it is a love for knowledge and eduction that is passed down through generations. Maybe that’s why so many Jews are secular; they know that faith is a social construct and not a metaphyiscal one.
I in no way intend to impugne your faith or your reliance in religion to explain your actions and Worldview: All I can say is : The proof is in the pudding (or in the fallafel).
On the same note, I agree that Muslims are just not interested in attaning knowledge. Present day Muslims are engulfed in greed, lust and other evils; blocking their mentality to think.

The reason of the lack of education among Muslim countries is correct, but it is secondary, it is a result of another social aspect of the Muslim countries.
In Christian countries the religion and social life are separated, it opens the way to free discussions which produce the better and faster way to evolve. During the inquisition time the science was on very poor level in Christian countries also. Only separation of social life and religion boosted the science and education. And in the Muslim countries where restrictions for the religious life are not very strict, the science is on the higher level. Compare, for example, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
The Jews are, in my opinion, are not specific from mention above point. But do not forget that for many centuries there had been restrictions in Europe on professions for Jews. The education was not included in these restrictions. These centuries brought a habit to Jews to give their children as much education as they could. Thus now we just see the results of these centuries.
I don’t know if the author of this article understands it. Very probable that he is afraid to hit the base of the social life in his own country.
All through history, Jews were banned from European and most other universities. Even If they weren’t completely banned, only small numbers were elegible to enroll.

i hate to say this but sorry, i just didnt like the sound of jews as more powerful than the muslims. for me it is very discriminating, to the point of being a racism. i am a Christian, but i just dont believe in undermining other religions. Jesus Christ told us to love the gentiles, but not discriminate them or undermine them. This title just so feels like a pharsiee, i am sorry, i am just so dissapointed with this topic…
Do you think it’s discriminatory to call anyone who highly value education in all fields more powerful then someone who are not encouraged to learn and even prohibited most secular knowledge?
My sister was rank holder in class 12 and my daddy so no to degree in pak, cause he feel it is no islamic for girls to go to college. so he say no and my sister is mother of 6 children living happily in dubai. even if she had some education, what she will do ?

There are a lot of facts here, but this page is being racist towards Muslims. Why not just compare Jews to every other groups. Clearly Jews are the most successful! Problem:
The problem seems to me to that Jews and Muslims have a very different (opposite?) set of values.
Judaism promotes:
– individual Freedom of each individual (Jews cannot be forced to behave one way or another, to conform, etc..they remain FREE and will respect each other’s freedom even when they disagree, and they disagree and argue a lot, etc…Most of the times, Jews will even remain friendly and respectful with Jews who convert freely to other creeds…)
– and in the same time individual Responsability in repairing (healing, fixing for the better) the world, in hebrew “tikum olam” as a struggle for justice in THIS world (not in the afterworld…).
So, Jews are Free and in the same time they are feeling Responsible.They have to act for justice, they have to find the ways, to INNOVATE to allievate human suffering (medical science, agronomy, judicial progress, social justice, etc…etc…). They are raised from childhood with these two values: Freedom and Responsability.
On the other hand, Muslims seem to be raised with two opposite values which are:
– SUBMISSION of the individual to the established situation which is perceived as the will of G-d (Allah).
Muslims for instance cannot disagree and if they convert to another religion they are to be executed. They are not Free to express themselves and are prisonners of their social and religious body.
– CONFORMITY to the established order. Muslims have to submitt to feudalism or slavery, etc… because it is the will of G-d.
If they rebell, they are considered as Heretics and can be executed. This is terror. Any new idea, new procedure will be considered as dangerously close to heresy an Muslims will exercise self censorship and refrain from innovating.
Submission and Conformity are handicaping the Muslim world, preventing its development.
Solution:
Instead of considering the Jews as their ennemies, Muslims should consider them as their elder brothers (Judaism is a very ancient) who can provide help and teaching for Freedom and Responsability.
If Islam could integrate a good dose of individual Freedom and individual Responsability, it could flourish very bright.
To begin with, apostasy should not be considered as a crime anymore, and punished, etc…and women should be treated as equal (The great tunisian President Habib Bourguiba was right on that, he established equality and freedom for the women and he also advocated Recognition and Peace with Israel, etc…etc..).
Tony Blair said many times that “the Arabs should not consider Israel as an an ennemy but as a model”.
Some good values to integrate, and then Jews and Arabs living as good neighbors…for a peaceful and prosperous Middle-East for everybody.
The reason the Jews are successful isn’t merely education; that is only a part of it. it is also family, ethnocentricity and giving back in charity and everything that is taught in Torah. It is because of Torah. This is G-d’s revelation, His blueprint for living, to the Jews. Most xtians miss it and have done for 2000 years. Muslims know nothing about it and that is why they are failures. Their prophet and their god is false. Muslim failure is proof of that and the Torah itself shows prophecy on all of this failure in the end times when they come against Israel. Then they will see that the God of Israel is the only God and they and the xtians will put away their idols.
In the end times the Jews will teach the Torah to all mankind and will be (are) a Light unto the Nations.
Author is saying about number Muslims… “44 million in Europe and six million in the Americas”. So, total is about 50 millions. This is about 3 times more than Jews. I think not enough education is not main problem for Muslims. The main problem for them is their religious.

In this world we have two kinds of Knowledge …
1-Knowledge of Matter ( Knowledge of Science)
2-Knowledge of Soul (Al-Quran & Sunnah)
The knowledge of Science emerges from Knowledge of Quran because Soul is origin for matter to exist. We the Muslims have knowledge of Quran but are backing in knowledge of matter. It is a weakness goes to we muslims. That the origin was owned by them but they have not worked and research in it. For this time we are cutting its punishment but this punishment will not be forever.
Its no doubt Jews have knowledge of science more than we muslims. But they do’t believe in Quran. Which is the origin so instead of so much knowledge of science a day will come when muslims will defeat them. Because they are not believing in the origin. This is clearly mentioned in Quran and stated by Holy Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H). This is not from now it originally started in BANI ISRAEL from the time when Allah decided to send for them MAN WA SALWA from heaven. After some time they refuse to eat. And they ask Musa ( Ghalaihesalam) that they will earn their eating by their own hands. From that day they believe in themselves and are always against Allah. They work in science, they develop science to ease their lives and because of their hardships God is giving them success. And so is coming from the very start of Jewes history. If the quran is the origin of scientific knowledge, then how come Muslims have none? Don’t you know G-d gave you a mind, to use, to reason with, otherwise how are you to judge what is true revelation and who is a true prophet? Am I Jewish?
I start to consider that if I declare myself Jewish, that with all my core qualities, whole success may likely be somehow improved.
Being Jewish is already like quality brand in many places, for example in Russia (country full under control of Jewish elite) or Holywood.
I like the fact that I am not Jewish and can easy manipulate majority of Jewish in business, where they are exemplarly well established. Jewish can be conquered, controlled and manipulated individually, although it is more difficult than with most of other people.
Successful business is all about kind of intelligent manipulation. Not fraud, but positive taking of advantages. Fair? Who knows, it is about result. This is Jewish main trick, they are masters of intelligent manipulations.
Keys are skills, mind power, education and human wit, Jews are not super-human, if one is practical it is possible to have advantage over them, but it is demanding.
One of good bluffs for non-Jew is to play Jewish card (again it requires a bit of efforts), not to oppose.
Jewish don’t seriously care about history (except academician) or religion, even when they talk about them. I know lot of rich Jewish and all of them posses the same capability (in different degree) to trick the mind of the opponent.
